Shipping Policy – Sienna Swim

We’re excited to get your order to you with care and efficiency. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping options, processing times, and what to expect once your Sienna Swim order is on the way.

 

PROCESSING TIMES

  • Orders are processed within 2–3 business days of purchase.

  • Orders placed after 12 PM PT, on weekends, or holidays will begin processing the following business day.

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

 

SHIPPING OPTIONS (U.S.)

  • Standard Shipping: $8.00 (estimated 3–5 business days)

  • Express Shipping: $25.00 (estimated 2–3 business days)

  • Overnight Shipping: $40.00 (1 business day)
    *Shipping times begin once your order has shipped, not when the order is placed.

 

ORDER TRACKING
As soon as your order leaves our hands, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. You can also track your order by logging into your Sienna Swim account.

 

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
If your package is delayed or lost in transit, please contact us at customerservice@siennaswim.com so we can help resolve it as quickly as possible.

Please note:

  • Lost package claims must be submitted within 7 business days of the expected delivery date.

  • Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, Sienna Swim is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We ship to the exact address provided at checkout and provide tracking updates via email throughout the process.

  • Signature is not required by default. If you would like to add signature confirmation for extra security, email us within 1 hour of placing your order.
