We ship from San Diego, California, so orders within the West Coast typically arrive sooner than those heading to the East Coast or internationally.

Yes—we ship worldwide! International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders placed on or after July 1, 2025, are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are assessed by your local government. These charges are not included in your Sienna Swim purchase and are the responsibility of the customer.
Your local customs office will determine the amount owed and typically contacts you by email, phone, or mail once your package arrives in your country.
Please note: we are legally required to declare the full retail value of your items on all customs forms. If you used a discount at checkout, your local customs office may still assess taxes based on the original retail price.
As much as we’d love to, Sienna Swim cannot reimburse or refund any customs-related charges. We recommend checking with your country’s import guidelines if you’re unsure what to expect.

If you realize there’s a mistake in your shipping address, please email us at customerservice@siennaswim.com as soon as possible. Be sure to include your full name and order number so we can update your order—if it hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to correct it.
Please double-check that your shipping address is accurate and deliverable. If your mail area isn’t secure, we recommend using an attended address, as Sienna Swim is not responsible for packages once marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.
We know how frustrating shipping issues can be, and we’re here to help however we can.
Once your order ships, it’s in the hands of the carrier, and delivery status is determined by their tracking system. If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, we recommend first checking with neighbors, your front desk (if applicable), or nearby delivery areas—it’s often the fastest way to locate a missing package.
If your order is truly lost or arrives damaged, you’ll need to file a claim with the shipping carrier. Sienna Swim is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once marked as delivered, as noted in our policy.
If you’d like to request signature confirmation for added security, just email us within 1 hour of placing your order and we’ll be happy to add it when possible.

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or multiple failed delivery attempts, we’ll notify you via email once it arrives back at our facility.
You’ll have the option to:
- Have it reshipped (additional shipping fees apply), or
- Receive store credit for the items returned in original condition (excluding shipping costs).
